The finished wraparound armband is 45 mm wide at the Pod end and 28 mm wide at the triangle end; it is approximately 56 cm long from end to end giving you the option of wearing it as a necklace.

- Ladder stitch / Tubular Spiral Herringbone
- How to zip your beadwork together
- How to secure and start a new length of thread and how to secure working thread before cutting
- How to follow a word chart and diagrams
