RETURNS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason if they are posted back to me within 14 days of receipt of an item. Please contact me prior to shipping to confirm that the return is acceptable and with the postage details for returning the item.

 

Custom orders may be returned for half of the purchase price.

 

All items must be returned to me in the same condition as they were received by you.

 

Please note that unless the return is due to my error, postage costs for both the delivery and the return are not refundable.

 

If an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the full or total cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured and/or tracked.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES

I am happy to exchange items for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of an item less shipping and insurance charges. Please email me for a return validation number before returning any item for any reason and note that all returns must be insured for their full retail value.

 

Custom-made items may not be acceptable for an exchange if they cannot be resold.

 

Items must be returned to me in the same condition as they were received.

 

If you do wish to make an exchange you will need to pay both your own costs for returning the original item to me, along with costs of shipping the replacement back to you. However, this is not the case if the exchange is due to a fault or error on my part.

FAULTY ITEMS & OTHER ERRORS

In the rare case of faulty items or any errors on my part, I will replace the item/s or reimburse you for the purchase up to two months after the sale, by which time any faults should have become apparent.

If you wish to return or have a faulty item replaced, please contact me as soon as possible to describe the problem and arrange to resolve the issue.

ITEMS REQUIRING REPAIRS

All my work is carefully made by hand from quality materials. If, however, a repair becomes necessary due to a design flaw or technical malfunction, it will be done at no charge.

Repairs related to misuse or improper care will be done for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and insurance.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Currently all UK orders benefit from FREE POSTAGE using Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage, with all purchased items being shipped within 5 business days.

High value items are posted using Recorded Delivery, signed for postage and all items are packaged securely and come in a gift bag/box. 

European & International orders cost a flat rate of £15.00 by Royal Mail Tracked postage which can take up to 10 working days.
